By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. jillis reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time, and to suspend accounts where age eligibility cannot be confirmed.
The jillis platform is operated and offered exclusively within the Republic of the Philippines. Access from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited is strictly not permitted and constitutes a breach of these Terms. Players are solely responsible for determining whether their use of jillis is lawful in their jurisdiction.
Each natural person may hold only one (1) jillis account. Multiple accounts created by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, or identity documents — are prohibited. jillis uses automated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Upon detection, all duplicate accounts may be permanently suspended and any associated balances and bonuses forfeited.
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes. jillis is not responsible for losses arising from inaccurate account information provided by the Player.
jillis accounts are personal and non-transferable. Sharing account credentials with any third party is prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms.
jillis is required by PAGCOR regulations to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification for all accounts. By registering, you consent to this verification process. KYC verification may require submission of:
Withdrawal requests exceeding PHP 50,000 in any rolling 30-day period are subject to enhanced KYC review. jillis reserves the right to suspend withdrawals pending completion of KYC procedures. Providing false or forged documentation is a serious breach of these Terms and may be referred to appropriate law enforcement authorities.
jillis accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PesoNet, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by payment method. Deposits from third parties are strictly prohibited — all funds deposited to a jillis account must originate from a payment method registered in the Player's own name.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. jillis targets processing of withdrawal requests within 24 hours of submission for fully verified accounts. Withdrawal requests submitted during Philippine public holidays may experience delays of up to 48 hours. jillis reserves the right to apply additional verification procedures to any withdrawal request.
All transactions on the jillis platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). jillis does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies, cryptocurrencies, or any other digital asset.
Anti-Money Laundering (AML) notice: jillis is required to report suspicious transactions to appropriate authorities pursuant to Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act), as amended. Deposits that are not wagered and subsequently withdrawn may be flagged for AML review.
All games available on the jillis platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of a conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail, except where game rules specifically address a situation not covered herein.
In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or connectivity interruption affecting any game outcome, jillis reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Players' accounts. "Malfunction voids all pays and play" is the applicable standard. jillis is not liable for losses arising from technical failures outside its reasonable control.
Each game on jillis has published minimum and maximum bet limits. jillis reserves the right to impose individual account-level betting limits at its discretion, including for the purpose of risk management or responsible gaming considerations.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit jillis's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by jillis's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law.
jillis reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account, with or without notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or collusion, failure to complete KYC verification within required timeframes, or compliance with regulatory requirements. Upon closure of an account, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method after deduction of any applicable pending wagering requirements on bonus funds.
Players may request account closure at any time via the jillis live chat support. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed during the requested exclusion period.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be submitted to jillis's internal dispute resolution process via live chat or email to [email protected]. jillis commits to acknowledging all formal disputes within 72 hours and providing a substantive response within 14 calendar days.
Disputes that cannot be resolved through internal resolution may be escalated to PAGCOR's player dispute mechanism or the appropriate Philippine courts of competent jurisdiction.
jillis reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email or in-platform notification at least 7 calendar days prior to the effective date, where practicable. Your continued use of the jillis platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
